Dinner Tonight: Ponzu Grilled Salmon With Golden Beet Couscous
Salmon is rich in heart-healthy fats and protein, plus it tastes divine with this tangy, Asian-influenced sauce. Couscous adds fiber, and this recipe even sneaks in a little vitamin A-rich spinach.
Ingredients: Olive oil, shallots, golden beets, Israeli couscous, salt, spinach, oranges, brown sugar, soy sauce, sake, limes, cornstarch, crushed red pepper, salmon, cooking spray

Ingredients
- Couscous:
- 1 teaspoon extravirgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons thinly sliced peeled shallots (about 1 large)
- 8 ounces small golden beets, thinly sliced, peeled, and quartered (about 1 1/2 cups)
- 1 cup uncooked Israeli couscous
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup raw spinach leaves, trimmed
- Sauce:
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sake (rice wine)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- Remaining ingredients:
- 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets with skin (about 1 inch thick)
- Cooking spray
- Lime wedges (optional)

Preparation
Preheat grill.To prepare couscous, heat the olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add shallots and beets; sauté 5 minutes or until shallots are tender and just beginning to brown. Stir in couscous; cook 1 minute, stirring frequently. Add water and salt; cover and simmer 8 minutes or until couscous is tender. Remove from heat; stir in spinach. Toss gently until combined and spinach wilts. Keep warm.
To prepare sauce, combine orange juice and next 6 ingredients (through red pepper) in a small saucepan, stirring well with a whisk; bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Cook for 1 minute.
To prepare fish, brush cut sides of fillets with 1/4 cup sauce; place, skin sides up, on grill rack coated with cooking spray. Grill salmon, skin sides up, 2 minutes. Turn salmon fillets; brush with remaining 1/4 cup sauce. Grill 3 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork or desired degree of doneness. Serve with couscous and lime wedges, if desired.
Wild Alaskan salmon is in season this time of year, and you can find it in supermarkets and fish markets across the country. Its rich flavor is worth paying a bit more. The ponzu sauce may be made up to a day ahead and refrigerated. Golden beets add sweetness and beautiful color, but don't stain like red beets. Israeli couscous has lovely pearl-like grains that are much larger than regular couscous. Use regular couscous if you can't find Israeli.

BLAC CHYNA'S MOM EXPRESSES HOW SHE FEELS
While Blac Chyna has been referred to as a bit of a live wire, the apple doesn't seem to fall too far from the tree, as her mother is addressing those who had something negative to say about her recent photos with Tyga that went viral this morning.
She directed her venom at popular blog, The Shade Room who posted the photo earlier today , saying she doesn't understand why people care that they took a photo. She went on to say she doesn't care about social media followers and that she doesn't pay any attention to those taking shots at her weight, looks or bank account.

Peter Gunz Drama
Peter Gunz is a self-described "creep" for his behavior when it comes to women, much of which has been showcased on Love & Hip Hop: New York over the past two seasons. Gunz left the mother of two of his sons, Tara, for singer Amina, with whom he now has a child as well. Last night on the show, Amina told Tara that Peter cheated on her with other women as well, which caused Tara to go off on him. Peter was also heated at Amina for telling.
Their reality show riff seems to have spilled over into real life, as Gunz took to his Instagram to say Amina never should've snitched on him, even considering his past of being less-than-honest with the women in his life. She replied saying she knows she shouldn't have said anything, and that she's learned from the experience, while taking a shot back at her hubby by posting up a "Keep Calm and Stop Lying So Da*n Much" sign.
They are both a mess, Amina told Tara so Tara can come to reality and realize she was not the only one. I am sick of both of them.

Bobbi Kristina Moved to New Hospital
THIS IS REAL SUSPICIOUS, THATS ALL I AM SAYING...
Bobbi Kristina has been moved to another hospital to get the best neurological treatment available in the area ... TMZ has learned, and the move is not without bitter family drama.
Family sources tell TMZ ... Bobbi Kristina is at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, GA which is considered one of the top facilities for neurological problems. She was at North Fulton Hospital in Roswell, GA near her home where she was found face down in a bathtub Saturday.
It looks like the move could intensify a brewing feud between the families of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown. We're told the families are bickering over who gets access to the part of the hospital where Bobbi Kristina is receiving treatment.
As one source put it, "The Houston family is sick of the Brown family acting up, as they always do."
As the events surrounding Bobbi Kristina Brown's accident continue to unfold, E! News has learned that there might be more to the story than people originally knew.
E! News has found out that Roswell Police Department detectives are investigating the possibility that another person or persons may have been in Bobbi Kristina's home the morning she was found by Nick Gordon face down in a bathtub but fled before law enforcement arrived.
According to a source, police officers in recent days have asked storeowners in the commercial Ellard Village strip mall adjacent to Bobbi Kristina's gated community if they saw any suspicious persons or movements on Saturday morning prior to the police arriving at the scene.
The source tells E! News that two police investigators in fact visited Sun Trust Bank on Holcomb Bridge Road after the incident and questioned employees, asking for parking lot surveillance video and inquiring about any suspicious activity.

Day26 Reunites....
It must be a serious adjustment going from being a hot up and coming R&B group to to a group of guys who used to be a hot up and coming R&B group. It seems like the guys who comprised the group of Day26 couldn’t take being away from the spotlight so they are reuniting without Diddy‘s tutelage.
According to reports, Day26 will be reuniting to embark on a thirty-city tour that features all of the original members of group. Yes, that includes Brian, Willie, Robert, Big Mike, and Que. Many remember Que being kicked out of the group during the final season of “Making the Band 4″ due to disagreements with the group, label, and management.
Day26 carried on after Que’s departure in 2009, but they completely disbanded in 2012. Rumors of the original group reuniting have been swirling ever since. The group wanted to reunite but wouldn’t if Que chose not to participate. When Que signed on, everything was set in motion for a comeback.
Despite being handpicked by Diddy to make the group in 2007, Diddy will not be apart of this reunion. However, before the guys made the announcement about their reunion, they sought out the blessing of Diddy which he gave.
